Academic Arrangement in Government Polytechnics of J&K for the academic year 2016-17

As the Technical education department is looking Lecturer/Demonstrators purely on academic arrangement in Govt. Polytechnics of various Districts for the Academic year 2016-17 in the Disciplines on the terms and conditions detailed below:-
Job Duration
The academic arrangement shall be for a period of one academic session only i.e. 01-10- 2016 to 31-07-2017. The arrangement shall terminate automatically after 31-07-2017 or till posts are filled up on permanent basis whichever will happen earlier.
Salary
The candidates engaged as such shall be paid monthly remuneration of Rs 7000/-per month for degree holders and Rs. 6500/-per month for diploma holders.

NOTE:
The degrees obtained through distance mode approved by AICTE, New Delhi and DEC, GOI only will be accepted.
Where to apply
- The application addressed to Director Technical Education shall be deposited with Principle, K.G. Polytechnic, Gogji Bagh Srinagar for Kashmir Division and Principal Government Boys Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk Jammu for Jammu Division Polytechnics.
- The candidates shall have to furnish an undertaking on Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20/- duly attested by Judicial Magistrate that he/she has accepted the terms and conditions and shall have no preferential claim for his/her continuation/re-engagement or permanent appointment in the department.
Merit Criteria
Total Points =100
| 01 | Basic merit of the Prescribed qualification | 70 points |
| 02 | Higher qualification | 15 points |
| Teaching experience (Polytechnic level and above) | ||
| 03 | 1)Teaching experience less than 1 year | Nil |
| 2)Teaching experience for 1-2 years | 05 points | |
| 3)Teaching experience for 2-3 years | 10 points | |
| 4)Teaching experience for 3 years & above | 15 points |
LAST DATE
The last date for submission of the application forms duly completed and supported with requisite documents shall be 24-09-2016 up to 4.00 PM and no application shall be received after the said date in any case.
