Application as per prescribed format should reach to the office of National Health Mission. Jammu in-person or through Regd. Post latest by 10th August, 2017 (upto 4.00 PM) at State Health Society’, Near Sainik School, Nagrota, Jammu.

Note ::

The engagement will be purely on contractual basis. Initial contract for hiring shall be upto 31st March, 2018 and further extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate and approval of the post by the MoH&FW. Govt, of India.
