Opportunity for Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling Counsellors in Jammu & Kashmir Bank

The Financial Literary and Credit Counselling Centre (FLCC) under Jammu & Kashmir Bank invites applications for the position of FLC Counsellor (On Contract). This opportunity entails providing essential financial guidance and support to the community.

Position Details:

Number of Positions: Two (02), one each at FLCC Centre Anantnag & FLCC Centre Kupwara.

Qualification: Candidates should hold a Graduate degree with experience in banking or related fields. Proficiency in banking, law, finance, agriculture, and allied activities is essential.

Experience:

• Candidates should possess excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Working knowledge of computers is necessary.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in conducting financial literacy camps.
• Retired J&K Bank Officers, not below the rank of Scale-III, will be given preference.

Remuneration:

Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 22,000/- along with additional benefits such as monthly conveyance, mobile/telephone charges, and performance-linked incentives.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 65 years as of 01.01.2024.

Selection Process:

Applicants will be screened based on eligibility and relevant experience

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview to assess communication skills, teaching abilities, and related knowledge.

Demonstration/presentation may be required to evaluate teaching and communication capabilities.

Interview Process:
