Applications are invited for the following position in the project “Development and Augmentation of the Industry Standard ASM-GaN-HEMT Model for State-of-the-art Integrated Circuit Design” under the supervision of Dr. Sheikh Aamir Ahsan, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering NIT Srinagar; sponsored by Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology Govt, of India, under the scheme Startup Research Grant.

The post is on temporary basis for a period of 1 year, but is likely to continue for the duration of the project (2 years).

The Interview shall be held at NIT Srinagar on 4th, Feb 2020.

The emoluments will be as per the MHRD / SERB rules (without HRA, as approved by the SERB budget approval committee).

The tenure of the post will be coterminous with the duration of the project.
