POWERGRID has invited applications from bright, committed & energetic candidates for filling up vacancies of Field Engineers and Supervisors for its TBCB (Tariff Based Competitive Bidding) Project works. Required educational qualifications and other details for informational purposes only in the interest of job-seekers, are given below in brief —

Interested and eligible candidates have to apply online through the official website of PGCIL i.e., www.powergrid.in. The link for the submission of application forms shall open till 12-02-2024.

Field Engineer (Electrical) — 101 Posts

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) / BE (Power Engg.) in Electrical discipline

Age Limit: 29 years

Salary: Rs 30,000 -3%- 1,20,000/-

Field Engineer (Civil) — 42 Posts

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) / BE (Power Engg.) in Civil discipline

Age Limit: 29 years

Salary: Rs 30,000 -3%- 1,20,000/-

Field Supervisor (Electrical) — 106 Posts

Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline

Age Limit: 29 years

Salary: Rs 23,000 -3%- 1,05,000/-

Field Supervisor (Civil) — 40 Posts

Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering discipline

Age Limit: 29 years

Salary: Rs 23,000 -3%- 1,05,000/-

Total: 289 Posts

Application Fee: The application Fee is non-refundable even if the candidature is rejected for any reason.

Field Engineer (Electrical / Civil) — Rs. 400/-

Field Supervisor (Electrical / Civil) — Rs. 300/-

However, SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-SM are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
