SKIMS Soura Srinagar interview notice for Assistant Cook, Steward.

It is notified for the information of all concerned that:

Sher-I- Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura Srinagar, conducted Trade Tests of following categories of posts on November 10-2018:-

Name of the Post Assistant Cook, Steward.

Advertisement Notification: Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2015, dated: January 08,2015

The candidates figuring in Annexure “A” of this notice have been provisionally shortlisted for Interview based on merit acquired in the trade test.
The Interview of shortlisted candidates, shall be conducted on December 20, 2018 from 11:00 AM onwards in SKIMS Board Room.
It is further notified that:-

Mere figuring of name in the Annexure- A does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all Qualification certificates/testimonials of the candidates shortlisted.
No separate interview call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figures in the said list and this notice shall be deemed to be an interview call letter to appear before the Selection Committee on the schedule date, time and venue for interview.
A candidate who fails to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration.
In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc proved at the time of document verification/ interview, or at any stage during the selection process, the candidature of the candidate shall be deemed as cancelled without any further notice.
The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials for Document Verification in the office of Administrative officer Policy Room No (2107) on December 19-2018 at 11:00 AM as shown in the Annexure of this notice.
The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials on the scheduled date may forfeit their candidature.

The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any writ petition pending before Hon’ble Court of Law.
No TA/ DA shall be paid for participation in the Interview.
