Academic arrangement in Polytechnics and ITIs.

In continuation of this Directorate Advertisement Notice issued vide endorsement No. DTE/401/2016/6810 Dated 24-02-2016 and slight modifications, applications on the prescribed format forming Annexure-A to this Advertisement Notice are invited from eligible candidates for engagement on academic arrangement for the academic session 2016-17 in the Govt. Polytechnics and ITIs mentioned below for conducting theory classes of various Heritage Craft Courses as shown against each on monthly honorarium of Rs. 15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only):

KASHMIR DIVISION

The applications duly completed in all respects shall be submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education, Bernina By Pass Srinagar by 10th of June. 2016 alongwith copies of the following certificates:-

1. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificates including marks certificate.
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. State Subject Certificate.
4. Experience Certificate.

The academic arrangement shall be for a period of one academic year It shall automatically cease at the end of the academic year and shall not be extended further.

The selection of the candidates shall be made from amongst the eligible candidates purely on merit basis and the selected candidates shall be placed in the respective institutes to ensure the functioning of the course.

Mere submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for his engagement in the arrangement and the arrangement shall be made only as per the requirement in the respective institutions Incomplete applications not supported with required documents shall be rejected without serving any notice to the candidate. The candidate having higher qualification, teaching experience shall be given preference.

Engaged candidates will have to execute an agreement with the department on the prescribed format duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to the effect that the arrangement shall be only for one academic session and they shall have no claim for permanent absorption in the department on the sole ground of his temporary engagement in academic engagement for the specific period.
