Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator/s jobs in e-Panchayal MMP

Engagement of Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator/s on Contractual basis under E-Panchayal Mission Mode project (e-Panchayal MMP) in project officer wage employment A.C.D Kulgam

Applications on prescribed are invited from the permanent residents of Cluster of Panchayats  District Kulgam for engagement as Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operators (ADEOs) on contractual basis under e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project (e-Panchayat MMP) for a period of one (1) year with consolidated remuneration of Rs. 10,000/- and Rs.9,375/- per month for Degree Holder and Diploma Holder respectively. The application forms shall be received in the office of Project Officer Wage Employment (ACD) Kulgam upto 25th of August.

Eligibility & Qualification and other Conditions:

1 The candidate should be a permanent resident of the cluster Panchayat Halqas for which the position is advertised.

2. The candidate should be within the age group of 18 to 40 years as on 01-01-2016.
3. The candidate shall have academic Qualifications of 10+2 with Degree / Diploma One year course in computer from recognized computer Institution preferences shall be given to higher Technical Qualification.

4.The Engagement shall be linked to availability of Funds under the project.

5. Selection shall be made by the committee constituted by the Government vide order No.206 RD-PR of 2016 Dated.29/07/2016.
6. The committee shall select the candidates giving the following weight age to the academics and interview etc.
7. Academic Qualification 50 Marks

1.10+2 30 Marks

2. Diploma/One year course in computers 10 Marks (pro rata basis)
3. Degree Course in Computers 20 Marks
4. Computer Knowledge and test 30 Marks
5. Interview 20 Marks
6. The Application form shall be appended with the following testimonials duly attested by each candidate.
7. Date of Birth
8. Academic Qualification 10+2
9. Degree / Diploma one year’s course in computer through recognized intuitions.
10. Permanent residence certificated (PRC).
11. Certificate of the cluster dully issued by the concerned BDO.

Of this notice. The candidate shall attach self attested copies of D.O.B .Certificate, marks sheet of “O” Level or Bachelors / Masters Degree.
