02 Basic qualification: Masters Degree in any Discipline with not less than 50% of marks, M.Ed Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B+ in 10 point scale of UGC OR Any equivalent degree from a foreign University recognized by RCI Should also have valid registration of RCI New Delhi U/S. 19 of RCI.
