ENGAGEMENT OF PRINCIPAL/ TEACHERS ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2017-18

Applications on prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates (Permanent Residents of District Anantnag Only) for the engagement as Principal/PGTs/ TGTs purely on contractual basis for the academic session 2017-18 in Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) at Salia Anantnag. EMRS being residential in nature makes it mandatory for the teachers to reside in the School campus to attend residential school duties besides their routine duties. Boarding and Lodging would be provided as available at the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) at Salia Anantnag.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR Principal

PG in any discipline with B.ed (experienced hands shall be given preference)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PGTs

(A) PGTs MA/M.Sc with 50% marks or above and B.Ed.

1. PGT (English) English
2. PGT(Phy.) Physics/Applied Physics/Electronics /Nuclear Physics
3. PGT(Chem.) Chemistry/Bio Chemistry
4. PGT(Maths) Maths/Applied Mathematics
5. PGT(Biology) Botany/Zoology/Life Science/Bio Sciences/Genetics/Micro Biology/Bio Technology/Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided that applicant had Studies Botany and Zoology at Graduation level.
6. PGT(History)History
7. PGT (Urdu) Urdu
8. PGT(Geog.) Geography
9. PGT(IT)

At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following :

BE or B.Tech(Computer Science/IT) OR

BE or B.Tech (any Stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers OR

MSc(Computer Science)/MCA OR

B.Sc.(Computer Science)/BCA and Post Graduate Degree in any subject OR

Post Graduate Diploma in computer and Post Graduate Degree in any subject OR

‘A’Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate Degree In any subject. (Condition of B.Ed. is not required)

(B) TGTs : Bachelor degree in relevant subject with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject during all the years of study and B.Ed.

SUBJECT COMBINATION IN GRADUATION FOR TGTs

1. TGT (Science) Botany, Zoology & Chemistry.
2. TGT (Maths) Maths, Physics & Chemistry.
3. TGT (SS) History with Geography/Economics/Political Science, OR Geography with History/ Economics/Political Science.

4. TGT (, English, Urdu,) Candidate must have studied, English, Urdu as Elective Subject at Graduation Level.

5. IT Graduation with Diploma in Computer Application

OR

‘A’ Level Certification from DOEACC OR BCA from recognized University/lnstitution.

Remuneration offered:

Principal -(consolidated Rs. 40000/- per month)
PGTs -(Consolidated Rs.25000/- per month),
TGTs Rs.20000/-per month

How to apply

Interested/eligible candidates can submit the application format at the office of Principal District Institute of Education and Trainings Anantnag. A candidate applying for more than one post will have to apply separately for each post. The candidates are advised to annex self attested testimonials in support of his/her age, qualification, experience, scholastic/co-scholastic achievements alongwith the application form.The cutoff date for determining the eligibility will be 16/03/2018. The last date of submission of applications in the Office of the Principal District Institute of Education and Trainings Anantnag is 26.03.2018.

Applications, strictly and only in the prescribed formats, can be submitted on all working days between the advertised date and closing date. Applications can be submitted in person in the said office between 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on all working days.’
