Applications on the prescribed forms on payment of Rs. 500/= (Rupees five hundred) against proper G.R are invited for engage­ment of following posts purely on academic arrangement basis for teaching and research programme only in terms of SRO 384 of 2009 dated 14-12-2009 read with SRO 426 dated 26-12-2012 followed by SRO 409 dated 19-09-2013 in Government Dental College& Hospital, Srinagar for a period of one (1) year in the first instance or till the posts are filled up by the competent author­ity whichever is earlier in the following specialisties:-

NAME OF POST

CONSERVATIVE DENTISTRY AND ENDODONTIC

Assistant Professor  1 (One)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with three years experi­ence as lecturer from any recognized institute .

Lecturer  3 (three)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with two years teaching expe­rience as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor from any recognized institute after post graduation.

PROSTHODONTICS AND CROWN AND BRIDGE

Assistant Professor   1(one)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with three years experience as lecturer from any recognized institute.

Lecturer  2 (two)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with two years teaching experience as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor from any recognized institute after post graduation

ORAL MEDICINE AND RADIOLOGY

Assistant Professor   1 (one)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with three years experience as lecturerfrom any recognized institute..

Public Health Dentistry

Assistant Professor   1 (One)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with three years experience as lecturer from any recognized institute.

PERIODONTICS

Lecturer  1(One)

Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned speciality recognized by Dental Council of India with two years teaching experience as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor from any recognized institute after post graduation

ELIGIBILITY:-

1. In-Service candidate /official shall not be eligible for the engagement to these posts.
2. The maximum age at the time of application should be 63 years.

How to apply

The candidates are advised to enclose the attested true copies (two sets) of the following documents with their application forms which should reach this office on or before 08-01-2018 upto 3.00 PM.

1. BDS Degree & Internship completion certificate.
2. Post Graduate Degree Certificatein concerned specialty.
3. Registration Certificate of J8iK Dental Council.
4. Attempt certificate of all the BDS/MDS examinations issued by the University.
5. Experience certificate as required for eligibility.
6. Distinction Scholarship, Honours, Medals and certificate.
7. House Job certificate in attaching institution.
8. Professional publications in a standard Dental Journal.
9. Date of Birth certificate.
10. State Subject Certificate.
11. Aadhar Card and PAN Card( mandatory as per DCI).

The eligible candidates shall have to appear for interview before the selection committee at Government Dental College Hospital, Srinagar for which dates shall be notified separately.
No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
