ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Subject: Engagement of +2 Lecturers on Academic arrangement for the Session 2016.

Applications on the devised format are invited from the Post-graduate candidates along with demand draft of Rs 100 pledged in favour of Chief Education Officer Kupwara, payable at J&K Bank DC Complex Kupwara in the subjects mentioned below belonging to district Kupwara only for engagement as academic arrangement on contractual basis at +2 level at a monthly consolidated honorarium admissible under rules for the session 2016.

The candidates will initially be engaged for a period of 59 days term which can further be extended subject to the satisfactory work and behavior of the candidate and depending upon the need of the institution. However the engagement will automatically cease at the end of the academic session or as and when the posts are filled up by the competent authority whichever is earlier. Mere engagement on contractual basis will not confer any right on the candidates for any preferential claim for absorption in the department.

Before joining in the institution the selected candidates have to submit an affidavit to this effect before the concerned DDO duly attested by the 1st class magistrate. Besides the candidate shall not claim any honorarium in the event of leaving the assignment prematurely before the 1st spell of 59 days. The candidate will also explicitly declare that He/She is not engaged in any study/research work as a regular candidate. The candidates are required to submit their application in the office of u/sd within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the following documents:

1. Date of birth certificate
2. PG Marks card with Degree certificate.

(No handwritten PG Marks card/Degree certificate will be accepted)

• Permanent Residence certificate

1. Ed/M.Ed certificate
2. Phil/Ph.D certificate if any
3. Experience certificates if any along with result statement duly issued /signed by the Head of the Institution.

The prescribed scale of weightage of points on prorate basis is as under:- 1. PG 80 points (Prorata)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. Ed 10 points (Prorata)
2. Phill 02 points (Prorata)

• D 03 Points (Prorata)

1. Experience 05 Points (One point for each year full session result not below 33%)

_t For the subject of Education if M.Ed gets 80 points weightage, then B.Ed degree cannot be counted.
