University of Kashmir Jobs Notification for JRF and Lab / Field Attendant Positions

University of kashmir  has announced vacant vacancies of JRF and Lab / Field Attendant in Post Gradudate Department of Zoology Faculty of Biological Scienece . Interested and eligible candidates are required to send their applications before 17-10-2016.

This will be a great opportunity for all the government job aspirants belonging to the State.

• JRF (02)

Eligibility

M.Sc. Zoology with not less than 55% marks

Desirable experience

a.              Specialization in forest entomology

b.              Experience in forest insect collections

• Lab / Field Attendant (01)

Eligibility

Passed Matriculation (10^th class)

Desirable experience

Ability of forest travelling and computer typing

How to apply :

Applications on plain paper from the eligible candidates for the above mentioned positions available in a research project entitled “An integrative approach to assess the phylogeny and the systematics of bark beetle genera (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Scolytinae) in the Northwestern Himalaya” sanctioned by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Govt, of India, New Delhi.

The applications along with relevant documents pertaining to qualification, age and experience (if any) and contact details must reach to the office of the Department of Zoology, University of Kashmir by or before 17-10-2016.

Interview date  :

The interview of the eligible candidates will be conducted in the Office Chamber of Head, Department of Zoology, University of Kashmir on 19-10-2016 at 12 noon.

Important Note :

The candidates are requested to bring their original certificates at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
