Position: Head of Human Resources

Location: Srinagar. J&K (UT)

Trumboo Industries Pvt. Ltd. Is a leading cement company in J&K. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team and lead cur HR initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion. and continuous improvement.

Position Summary:

The Head of Human Resources will lead all HR operations, strategies and activities to ensure they meet our business goals. This role encompasses talent managemeniemployee relations, compensation & benefits performance management & oomplaince with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge managenment and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and the selection process to attract, retain & develop top talent so as to support current & future business needs of the company.

• Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR manager, head of HR, or other senior role

• Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Human Resources, business Administration,or relevant field .additional HR Qualifications are a

• In-Depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance

• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

• Analytical and goal oriented
