University of Jammu Jobs Apply Now Research Associates and Field Assistant.

The University of Jammu is inviting applications for two temporary positions under a DBT-funded project on apple rootstock development. The vacancies are:

• Research Associate-I (1 position)
• Field Assistant (1 position)

Both positions are initially for one year and may be extended based on performance and the project’s progress. The positions will terminate once the project concludes.

Eligibility:

• Research Associate-I: Candidates must meet the qualifications as prescribed for research associate positions (usually a Ph.D. in relevant subjects like Biotechnology, Plant Science, etc.).
• Field Assistant: Eligibility criteria are generally less formal and may include having relevant work experience or education related to the project.

How to Apply:

• Complete applications should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Application for DBT-Project on Apple.”
• Submit the application to the School of Biotechnology, University of Jammu.
• Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication in the newspaper.
