Name of the post: 

1. (Vacancy No. 22122301410) Thirteen vacancies for the post of Archivist (General) in the National Archives of India, Ministry of Culture (SC-01, OBC-03, EWS-01, UR-08). The post is permanent. General Central Service Group- “B” Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. Pay Scale: Level- 08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Age: 30 years

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Master’s Degree in History with a paper in Modern Indian History from a recognized university or institute.

EXPERIENCE :

(i) Diploma in Archives and Record Management from a recognized university or institute and two years experience in an Archives Office in a supervisory capacity or research or teaching of Modern Indian History at the undergraduate level in a recognized institution or university

(ii) Three years experience in an Archives Office in a supervisory capacity or research or teaching of Modern Indian History at the undergraduate level in a recognized educational institution or university.

(i) English as one of the subjects of study at the degree level

(ii)Diploma or Certificate in Computer Applications or Information Technology

(iii) Certificate of proficiency from a recognized university or institute in foreign or other Indian languages besides the candidate’s mother tongue.

NOTE-1 :

The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

NOTE-II :

The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that a sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

2. (Vacancy No.22122302110) Five vacancies for the post of Specialist Grade III (Paediatrics), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (SC-01, OBC-01, EWS-01, UR-02) (PwBD-01)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holder of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

(ii) Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty or Super specialty mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI of CHS Rules, 2014 and CHS amendment Rules 2019 i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Pediatrics); or Diplomate National Board (Pediatrics); or Diploma in Pediatrics; or Diploma in Child Health.

EXPERIENCE :

Three years experience in the concerned Speciality or super-specialty after obtaining the first Postgraduate degree or five years experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma.

Note-1 

Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgiae (M. Ch.) qualification of three years duration shall be counted towards the requirement of experience in the concerned broad specialty.

Note-2

Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) of five years duration shall be taken as three years for completion of post-graduate degree and the last two years of the said Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) shall be counted towards the requirement of teaching experience.

3. (Vacancy No.22122303210) One vacancy for the post of Scientist ‘B’ (Neutron Activation Analysis) in Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Directorate of Forensic Science Services, Ministry of Home Affairs (UR-01).

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Chemistry or Physics or Forensic Science with Chemistry or Physics as one of the subjects during all three years of Bachelor of Science from a recognized University or Institute.

EXPERIENCE :

Three years experience of in analytical methods and research therein in the field of Neutron Activation Analysis from a government-recognised organization or institution.

DESIRABLE: One year experience of working in a Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government or Union Territory administration after obtaining the minimum prescribed educational qualifications.

NOTE :

The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified
