Fazlul Haseeb has got 36th rank in UPSC Exam
Srinagar: 26-year-old Fazlul Haseeb has got 36th rank in the UPSC Civil Services 2017 examinations. He says, ‘I’m really happy to get this result. My father was a big inspiration. I just want to tell the youth of Kashmir that you can also do it if your concepts are clear’.
