Jammu Power Shut down update.

Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to carry out erection of poles, the shutdown of 33KV Lines is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Kullian, Badyal, Simbal, Rangpur Maulan and adjoining areas will remain affected on September 11 and 15 from 8 am to 2 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to Sunderpur, R.S. Pura, Chakroi, Satrayian and adjoining areas will remain affected on
September 12 and 14 from 8 am to 2 pm.

Likewise, for Branch cutting/corridor clearance and replacement of worn out jumpers along with its tightening, the power supply to Grid Station Canal, Pounichak, Katra, Rajouri, Draba, Jourian & Barn shall remain OFF. The areas
affected shall be District Reasi, District Rajouri, District Poonch and part of District Jammu will remain affected on September 12 from 7 am to 11 am.

Meanwhile, according to Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle, Jammu JPDCL, to execute work of new HT pole erection & conductor stringing and creation of new substations by M/s Reliance Electric Works, the shutdown of 11 KV feeders is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Muthi Maira, Jourian, Sohal, Burmal, Bhalwal Brahmana, Sohal Bhalwal and its adjoining areas will remain affected on September 11, 12, 13 and 14 from 7 am to 11 am.

Similarly, to carry out painting of ST pole, the power supply to Satwari and its adjoining areas will remain affected on September 11 from 7 am to 11 am.

Likewise, to execute preventive maintenance works, the power supply to High Court Complex and its adjoining areas will remain affected on September 13 from 8 am to 1 pm

In order to carry out various upgradation/ repair works, the power supply to Bari-Brahmana and its adjoining areas fed from BB-23 feeder shall remain affected on September 6 from 8 am to 01 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to Bari-Brahmana and its adjoining areas fed from BB-21 feeder shall remain affected on September 06 from 10 am to 12 noon.

Likewise, to carry out urgent works, the power supply to Bamyal, Part of Sidhra and its adjoining areas will remain affected on September 07 from 9 am to 4 pm.

Jammu 26 Aug 2020: According to Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu, to carry out work for installation of new 11KV VCB Panel, the power supply to Kot, Bhalwal, Karwanda, Ghaink, Sehri, Barn Patta, Marjail, Central Jail and adjoining areas being fed from 33/11KV Receiving Station- Bhalwal will remain affected on August 26 from 10 am to 03 pm.

Similarly, the power supply to BariBrahmana, Kartholi along with Ratnuchack and Sainik Colony, Smailpur, Raya, Gurah Mandal will remain affected on August 26 from 5 pm to 6 pm.

JAMMU 21 Aug 2020: According to Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle, JPDCL Jammu, the power supply to Jullaka Mohalla, Pacci Dhaki, Jain Bazaar, Mast Garh and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV DH05 and WZ03 feeders shall remain affected on August 21 from 07 am to 11 am.

Similarly, the power supply to Karan Nagar, Amphalla, Ustad Mohalla, Rehari, Manda, Kacchi Chowni, Panjthirthi, Afgan Mohalla, Nariana Mohalla, Ahta Amar Singh and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV DH04 and DH03 feeders shall remain affected on August 22 from 07 am to 11 am.

Likewise, the power supply to Raj Bhawan, PHE, Radio Station, IGP Office, Panjthirthi, Choghan Salathia, Mubarak Mandi, Ahata Poonch House, Dhounthly Bazaar and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV DH06, DH07 and DH02 feeders shall remain affected on August 23 from 07 am to 11 am.

Meanwhile, the Mast Garh, Jain Bazaar, Jullaka Mohalla, Pacci Dhaki and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV WZ03 and DH05 feeders shall remain affected on August 25 from 07 am to 11 am.

Similarly, the power supply to Kacchi Chowni, Panjthirthi, Afgan Mohalla, Nariana Mohalla, Ahtha Amar Singh, Karan Nagar, Ustad Mohalla, Manda, Amphalla, Rehari and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV DH03 and DH04 feeders shall remain affected on August 26 from 07 am to 11 am.

Likewise, the power supply to Toph, Talab Tillo, Kabir Colony, Best Price, Lower Shiv Nagar, Eden Garden and its adjoining areas fed from T-3, T-7 and SN-4 feeders shall remain affected on August 21 and 24 from 07 am to 11 am.

Meanwhile, the power supply to Bari Brahmana and its adjoining areas fed from BB-1, BB-2 and BB-8 feeders shall remain affected on August 22 from 07 am to 10 am.

JPDCL,Jammu has informed that to carry out work for upgradation of 4-lane of JammuAkhnoor National Highway, the shutdown of 11KV GS-3 feeder and 11 KV Domana feeder and 33 KV Akhnoor-Pargwal Line is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Dumi, Thathi and adjoining areas being fed from 11KV GS-3 feeder emanating from Receiving Station Gharota will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 11 am.

Similarly, the power supply to Dumi, Sobka, Sua No. 1 and adjoining areas being fed from 11 KV Domana feeder emanating from Receiving Station Akhnoor will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 11 am.

Likewise, the power supply to Pargwal, Channi Tanna, Rajpura, Bhalwal Bharat, Dhalwal Miulu, Hamipurkona, BSF and adjoining areas being fed from 33 KV AkhnoorPargwal Line will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 11 am.

However, to execute work of replacement of equipments at 132/33KV Grid Station Akhnoor, the shutdown of 132KV S/C Gladni-Kalakote Transmission Line is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to the areas fed from 132/33 KV Grid Station Akhnoor and Kalakote will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 11 am.

Similarly, for carrying out stringing of D/C Tower of 132KV Gladni–Kalakote Transmission Line, the shutdown of 33KV feeders – G6 & G9 is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Channi Himmat, Malik Market, Chowadi, Marble Market, MES, Sunjwan, Raddison Blue, Thonthly, Bjartg, Sheetli and adjoining areas will remain
affected on August 16 from 6 am to 9 am.

According to the Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu, the power supply to Satrian, Falora and its adjoining areas fed from 33/11 KV Receiving Station Badyal Brahamana emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station Miran Sahib will remain affected on August 13 from 10 AM to 05PM.

Similarly, the power supply to Badyal, Katyal, Abdullian and its adjoining areas fed from 33/11 KV Receiving Station Satrian emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station Miran Sahib will remain affected on August 14 from 10 AM to 05 PM.

Likewise, the power supply to Industry Area Birpur, Greater Kailash and its adjoining are fed from 33 KV Birpur Complex Feeder emanating from 132/33KV Grid Station BB-I will remain affected on August 13 from 07 AM to 11
AM.

Meanwhile, the power supply to Sidhra and adjoining areas fed from 33/11KV Receiving Station Sidhra will remain affected on August 13 from 10 AM to 02 PM.

According to Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu, the power supply to Bishnah, Seora, Kunjwani, Apna Vihar and its adjoining areas fed from 33KV Lalyana-Seora line emanating from 220/132/33KV Grid
Station Lalyana will remain affected on August 05 and 07 from 08 am to 02 pm.

Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to carry out work of jumpering and connection, the shutdown of 33 KV BB-III Line is being observed. During the shutdown, the power supply to Industrial Complex Bari Brahmana and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 23 from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Meanwhile, to carry out work of branch cutting underneath line corridor and tightening of jumpers, the shutdown of 11 KV feeders is being observed. During the shutdown, the power supply to Hospital Road, Government Quarters Gandhi Nagar, Last Morh Gandhi Nagar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 23 from 8 am to 11 am.

Similarly, to execute HT and LT rectification works, the power supply to Nagrota Toll Post, Chak Rakwal, Doke Wazira, Chougan Slathia, Nagrota Bazaar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 24 from 7 am to 11 am

Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to execute work of jumpering and connection, the shutdown of 33 KV BB-III Line is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Industrial Complex Bari Brahmana and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 22 from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Meanwhile, to carry out work of shifting of electrical utilities coming under widening of road from Palli to Nagri, Kathua falling under jurisdiction of Electric Division, Kathua (JPDCL), the power supply to Nagri, Nagri Industry, Saidpur, Jakhbar Old, Jarmal Airwan and Logate will remain affected on July 22, 24, 26 and 28 from 8 am to 2 pm.

Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to carry out urgent maintenance works and branch cutting, the shutdown of 33KV GG3 line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Industrial Estate Digiana, Sanjay Nagar,
Jeevan Nagar, Maha Kali Nagar, Ajit Nagar and parts of Babliana near Receiving Station Babliana will remain affected on July 19 from 8 am to 1 pm.

Superintending Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, O&M Circle, Kathua has informed that for erection of 11 KV line for shifting of electrical utilities on Billawar Phinter Road by M/S Alliance Transcon Pvt Ltd, the power supply to PHE Billawar will remain affected on July 11, 13 and 15 (03 days) from 7 am to 2 pm.

According to Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL Jammu, the power supply to Gandhi Nagar, Nanak Nagar Trikuta Nagar, Residency Road, Dhounthaly Bazaar, Karan Nagar, Kachi Chowni, Channi Himmat, Transport Nagar, Sainik Colony, Bathindi and areas being fed from Grid Stations-Gangyal, Sidhra I/II, Janipur, Jhajjarkotli, BB-I, BB-II, Akhnoor, Kalakote will remain affected on July 4 from 7 am to 11 am.

Similarly, the power supply to Janipur, Sidhra, Bahufort, ASCOMS, Malhori Jagir, Bajalta,
Tutan-di-Khui, Roopnagar, Muthi, Jhajjar Kotli and adjoining areas
will remain affected on July 04 from 07 am to 11 am.

Likewise, the power supply to areas fed from 132/33 KV Grid Station Akhnoor and Kalakote will remain affected on July 4 from 7 am to 11 am.

Meanwhile, the power supply to Channi Himmat, Malik Market, Chowadi, Marble, Market, MES Sunjwan, Raddison Blue, Thonthly, Bjarath, Sheetli Kasim Nagar, Narwalbala, Karyani,
Raika, Narwal Market and adjoining areas will remain affected on July 4 from 7 am to 11 am.
Similarly, the power supply to Kathua, Changran, Industry, SICOP and adjoining areas will
remain affected on July 5 from 8 am to 1 pm
