Jammu Srinagar National Highway Traffic Update for 04.05.2017

Subject to fair weather/ good condition of the road and clearance from Traffic Control Units, only one way movement of traffic shall be allowed on the NHW on 04.05.2017. Under the said plan, movement of traffic shall be allowed from Jammu towards Srinagar side in a regulated manner. Movement of LMVs/passenger vehicles shall be allowed from Nagrota (Jammu) from 0700 hours up to 1000 hours and from Udhampur up to 1100 hours only. However, the movement of HMVs (excluding Trailers/multi-axle vehicles) shall be allowed from Nagrota (Jammu) from 0730 hours up to 1030 hours and from Udhampur up to 1130 hours only. Strict implementation of prescribed cut off timings shall be ensured for smooth regulation of traffic on the NHW.
