I In Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. 33 new positive cases have been reported since our last update yesterday, all from Kashmir Division. Moreover, 24 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals, 04 recovered front Jammu Division & 20 recovered from Kashmir Division. (30 April. 2020: upto 5:00 P\1)

2. People are informed that spraying or introducing bleach or any other disinfectant into your body  will not protect you against COVID-19 and can be dangerous. People are therefore advised that;

• Do not under any circumstance spray or introduce bleach or any other disinfectant into your body.

• These substances can be poisonous if ingested and cause irritation and damage to your skin and eyes.

• Bleach and disinfectant should be used carefully to disinfect inanimate surfaces only.

• Remember to keep chlorine (bleach) and other disinfectants out of the reach of children.

3. Parly detection ofCOVID-19 can prevent the spread of disease, let as be responsible for the well-being of ourselves and everyone around us. Not disclosing symptoms could put life of individuals and their families at risk. In case of symptoms like fever, cough and difficulty in breathing report early. Do not fear, call COVID-19 helpline No.s and seek medical advice.

4 Unless absolutely necessary don’t step out of home, stay indoors If you have to move out for unavoidable reasons, ensure that you wear a mask and practice social distancing, personal hygiene and frequent handwashing.

5. All social, religious and other gatherings arc strictly prohibited.
