JKBOSE 10th class results soon: BOSE chairman

The results of 10th class regular examinations would be declared within eight days, Chairman JK Board of School Education ( BOSE) Z A Chatt said here on Monday.

He was speaking at the inaugural ceremony of 45 days free coaching program launched by BOSE to provide coaching classes to 12th pass out students for their state and national level competitive exams.

“ I am sure we will meet the deadline of 45 days and declare the results in the prescribed period of time,” Chatt said, adding that the results would be declared around January 12.

“ Efficiency of BOSE has been recognized at national level for declaring results of 10th and 12th classes in stipulated time period. Last time we declared the results of both the classes within a short span of time.” He said the BOSE has also taken other ‘ student friendly’ initiatives including the introduction of double evaluation of papers and intervention of IT oriental operations.

“ Now Xerox of answer papers would be click away for the students who would be declared fail or have doubt on our evaluation.

They need not to come to our office but can apply online for it and forms for re- evaluation are also available on our website as well,” he said.
