   eligibility:-
   a) for government employees:- 10th pass and basic computer diploma
   b) for others:- 12th.standard pass or diploma inengineering or two years techanical course after 10th.Standard pass or MPHW course of the state government and basic computer diploma.
2. Local self Government diploma(distance learning programme) July-2020 to June 2021
   duration:- one year
   eligibility:- both for government employees and others:-
   12th pass and basic computer.
