COVID19 Restrictions in Hotel and Banquets in Jammu.

Enforcement of 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to prevent the spread of 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐮𝐬 through social gatherings especially in 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐬 in Jammu: DC Jammu.

a) The Sub Divisional Magistrates and Tehsildars shall:-

i) Convene meetings with all owners of Hotels/Banquet Halls within their respective jurisdiction to ensure that the COVID appropriate r&havior is observed and no event continues beyond 10:00 PM

ii)Conduct random inspection of the premises of these Hotels/Banquet Halls for any violations of COVID appropriate behavior and initiate necessary remedial measures including penalties and sealing of premises floating guidelines.

iii) Ensure contact tracing and comprehensive testing of the areas where positive cases are being reported in their jurisdiction and shall recommend for notification of micro containment zones to the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).

b) The Sr. Superintendent of Police, Jammu shall ensure that instructions are passed on to all the Station House Officers for strict enforcement of Night curfew and only essential services shall be allowed after 10:00 pm within the entire district.
