J&K Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Select list of candidate for the engagement as Project Manager (SPMU) on contract basis in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer affairs (item No. 01) in pursuance of
Notification No. 01-FCS&CA of 2020 dated 05.02.2020.
In pursuance of the Notification No. 01-FCS&CA of 2020 dated 05.02.2020, the select list of candidate for engagement on contract basis as Project Manager (SPMU) under the “Centrally Sponsored Scheme called Integrated Management of Public Distribution System (IM-PDS) in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs on monthly remuneration of Rupees one Lakh only, on the basis of overall points obtained in Academic/Technical qualification, Experience and interview is hereby notified at Annexure “A” for information of the selected candidate alongwith the waitlist at Annexure “B”.
The engagement of the candidate shall be subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:
1. If on verification, the certificate(s)/documents produced by the selectee are proved to be fake or forged, the Department shall have the right to cancel the selection of the candidate without any further notice. 2. The selected candidate shall report in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar alongwith original certificates, self attested certificates within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. 3. The selected candidate will have to furnish an affidavit to the effect that he will not claim continuation/regularization/ absorption in the Department against the post beyond the stipulated time period. 4. The engagement of the candidates will be purely on honorarium basis, upto ending March, 2021. 5. The selection shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending in the matter before any competent court of Law. 6. The selected candidate shall enter into a contract with the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, after joining in the department.
