INTERVIEW NOTICE

Sub:- Filling up of the post of SPM (Monitoring & Evaluation) in JKSRLM (Umeed) in pursuance to advertisement notice issuod undor No.MD/JKSRLM/O6/2014 dated 30.07.2015.

After due scrutiny of the applications received vis-a-vis the above mentioned advertisement notice for the contractual post of State Project Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation in JKSRLM (Umeed), the list of eligible as well as ineligible candidates has been posted on the website (www.umeedjk.in). The objections, if any. to the said scrutiny are invited from the candidates, which must reach the office of Mission Director. JKSRLM. Jammu through email on the email ID ‘•[email protected]” by or before 03.01.2016. Any objection received after 03.01.2016 shall be summarily rejected Final list of eligible candidates shall be available on our official website www.umeedik.in on 04.01.2016 after 5 pm.

It is further notified for information of all the concerned that the interview of the eligible candidates whose names figure in the final list of eligible candidates which is available on our website www.umeedjk.in shall be held on 14.01.2016 at 11.00 AM in the office of Mission Director. JKSRLM. H.No.164, Adarsh Vihar, Deeli, Channi, Jammu.

Note (I):

1 A comploto list of the oligibto candidates is also available on our official website www.umeedlk.ln for Information of tho candidates.

2 Tho candidates shall have to produce all original certificates/testimonials boforo tho Selection Committoo. In caso any doficioncy Is proved, tho candidate shall not be considered for selection and will bo treated as inoligiblo and disqualified accordingly.

3 Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricatod/tamporod documonts/tostimonlals or making false. Incorrect or suppressing material Information, shall rondor him/her liable for criminal prosocution undor law. Also canvas sin g/lob hying In any form will ontail disqualified of the candidate.

4 Failure of a candidate for appearing in the interview on tho scheduled dato and time shall debar tho candidate from appearing in tho interview on any subsequent dato and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration.

5. No supplementary interview shall bo conducted in any circumstances.

Note (II):

(a) No TAJ DA. shall bo paid by tho Society for appearing in tho Interview.

(b) All tho candidates shall report at loast one hour oarllor boforo tho start of tho interview.

(c) Mobile phones are not allowed in tho interview.
