J&K Department of Youth Services and Sports  Interview Notice for engagement of Rehbar-e-Khel In District Jammu.

The interview of all the applicants who have applied for the post of Rehbar-e-Khel in District Jammu vide advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2017; Dated:- 17-01-2018 and published by this office Notice No. DYSSO/J/14219; dated: 17-01-2018 is scheduled to be held at Youth Hostel Nagrota near (Khan Pur) as per below mention S.No.’s and dates shown against each:-

Terms and Conditions for appearing in the Interview:

1. All the applicants shall report at Youth Hostel. Nagrota at 9.30 A M. on the scheduled dates.

2. All the applicants shall bring along with them the following documents in original at the time of Interview.

a. Date of Birth Certificate.

b. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).

c. Academic Qualification Certificates.

d. Technical Qualification Certificates.
e. Character Certificate from any gazetted officer.

f. Marks Certificates of Academic and Technical Qualification.

g. Xerox Copies of all the testimonials.

3. No Under process of any certificate shall be entertained at the time of interview.

4. In case of any deficiency with regard to eligibility at the time of Interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the Interview.

5. Any fake or fabricated information regarding eligibility. “Warrants action under rules”

6. This Interview notice shall be considered as call latter, no separate Interview call latter shall be dispatched to any applicant.
7 No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview.

8. Engagement/selection for Rehbar-e-Khel in District Jammu shall be subject to the outcome of write petition pending in the Court of Law.

Note; 

The Serial No. of the applicant shall remain same as mentioned in the receipt of application form of the candidate. However, the Serial No’s of the applicants are also available in the office of the District Youth Services 8, Sports Officer Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
