JK administration provides 15% Medical seats to All India Quota

The Jammu and Kashmir government has agreed to provide 15 percent of medical seats for All India Quota from the ongoing year.

The National Testing Agency (NTA), New Delhi conducted NEET-UG 2022 to allow students to join Under-Graduate Medical Courses on the 17th of July, 2022 and announced the results of the test on 07-09-2022.

The BOPEE further informed interested candidates that “from the current year, 2022 The administration of J&K is deciding to provide 15 percent of seats to All India Quota as per the directions.”

The Board has also stated that it will announce the timetable for offline or online registration of eligible candidates separately.

Interested or eligible candidates are advised to stay connected to the BOPEE website to receive updates on a daily basis and to keep all required documents or certificates in order to be registered if and when they are asked to do so.

“Moreover, the candidates who have appeared in NEET-UG-2022 from other State’s or UT’s and whose roll numbers do not figure in the list of JKBOPEE but claim to belong to the UTs of J&K and Ladakh shall have to submit all relevant documents at BOPEE Office Jammu or Srinagar physically up to October-03-2022,” the statement said.
