JK BOPEE Counseling (Physical) for Admission to M.Sc. Nursing.

Conduct of Counseling (Physical) for Admission to M.Sc. Nursing Course-2023 in Govt./Pvt. Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K.

Reference :

Notification No. 062-BOPEE of 2023 dated 14.08.2023.

The Board vide Notification No.062-BOPEE of 2023 dated. 14.08.2023 had declared the result of Common Entrance Test conducted by the Board on 06.08.2023 and notified the Provisional Merit List of the candidates who had appeared in the said test for admission to M.Sc. Nursing courses – 2023 in the Government/Private Institutions of the UT of J&K and the candidates were asked to submit their representations against his/her result, if any, within three days from the date of issuance of the said Notification physically at the respective BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar. In response thereof no representation was received from any candidate and the
merit List as such was treated as final.

In view of the above, it is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the physical round of counselling of only those candidates who have secured upto 35 marks out of 120 marks in the Common Entrance Test i.e. upto Rank 217 of Provisional Merit List. As such the candidates upto the Rank 217 are hereby advised to report for participation in the counseling process as per the following schedule : Date Rank Remarks 31.08.2023 (Thursday) 01 to 217 All Candidates including
reserved categories

All the eligible/interested candidates are advised to report physically at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar on the above date between 08.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. for Attendance and Registration along with the following documents in original:

I. Domicile Certificate; and

II. B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Hons. Nurs ing Marks Card; and

III. One Year work experience after B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing; and

IV. Certificate as a registered Nurse or Registered Midwifery or equivalent with any state Nursing Council;
and

V. Valid Category Certificate, if applicable;

All the participating candidates shall have to deposit the Counseling fee of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) through the POS Machines available at the BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit cards. Any candidate who fails to deposit the
counseling fee shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling process.

Further, if any, candidate is not able to participate personally in the counseling on prescribed day & date of Counselling due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she can authorize his/her close family member who falls in his/her blood relation on the devised format of the Board to participate in the counseling on behalf of the concerned candidate.

The said authorized person had to submit the authorization letter along with his/her Identity Card and Aadhar Card during the process of counseling otherwise he/she shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling on his/her own risk
and responsibility.

The Board shall stop the counseling process immediately as and when the seats are fully exhausted and no further claim from the waiting candidates shall be entertained.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board through various Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
