JK High Court Research Assistant Selection List.

The following candidates, who figure next to the last engaged candidate, in the approved panel pin the merit list in pursuance of the High Court Notification No. 02 of 2023/ RR/GS dated 11.04.2023, the following candidates, in order of merit, are hereby engaged as Research Assistants in the High Court of MK and Ladakh, on consolidated honorarium of Rs. 40,000/- per month

1. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one year and shall be governed as per the guidelines issued by the High Court Vide Notification No. 578 dated 30.08.2016 as amended from time to time, which has been duly notified in the Government Gazette and uploaded on the official website of the Hon’ble High Court.

2. The selected/engaged candidates shall furnish an undertaking before the undersigned in terms of Guidelines No. 8 of the Notification No. 578 dated 30.08.2016 as per Schedule-I of the Guidelines under reference, within seven days from the date of order failing which he/she shall not be allowed to take up the assignment.

3. The candidates figuring at Sr. No. 1, 2, 5 and 6 shall report to Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing, Jammu and the candidates figuring at Sr. No. 3, 4, 7 and 8 shall report to Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing, Srinagar
