JK Mission youth clarification on Admit Card for PARVAAZ Qualifying Test.

JK Mission youth clarification on Admit Card for PARVAAZ Qualifying Test.

Issues with respect to downloading of Admit Card for PARVAAZ Qualifying Test and Request for change in examination centre- Notice thereof.

Difficulty in downloading Admit Card

Whereas, some candidates who have applied under PARVAAZ Scheme are sending email/telephonic communications to Mission Youth expressing difficulty In downloading Admit Card for the PARVAAZ Qualifying Test (PQT) scheduled to be held on 15″‘ May, 2022;

whereas, the Admit Card can be easily downloaded from the official website of Mission Youth (www.missionyouth.jk.gov.in)by entering the registered mobile number/email id and Date of Birth by the candidate. It has also been clearly mentioned on the admit card download page that Pop-Ups have to be enabled in the browser to download the admit card;

whereas, the matter was thoroughly examined for ascertaining the reasons for the same and accordingly the following clarifications are issued for information of all concerned:

Category Issue Clarification
1 Candidates who have entered the correct details while filling the PARVAAZ application form online. Such candidates are not facing any difficulty in downloading admit cards. As such, there is no technical issue with the system.
2 Candidates have registered with the Mission Youth under general registration but didn’t specifically fill up the online form for application under PARVAAZ Scheme for appearing in the PQT. The candidates had to submit online application for PARVAAZ Scheme separately as per the notification issued for the scheme after doing the general registration. Further, sufficient time and notice was given for PARVAAZ Exam application as per extant procedure.

It is clarified that general registration acknowledgement code starts with (MYxxxxxxx) and is generated upon general registration by the candidates whereas application acknowledgement code under PARVAAZ Scheme start with MYPCSxxxxxx and was generated on submission of the exam form.

Having examined the acknowledgements sent by such candidates through mail, it transpires that all such candidates have only acknowledgement code for General registration, which makes it dear that they have not filled the requisite exam form and as such their admit cards details are not available in the system.

Therefore, candidates who have not filled in the PARVAAZ exam application and just have done general registration are neither eligible to appear for the examination nor their application can be considered at this point of time.

3 Candidate has applied for the PARVAAZ Scheme online but is not able to download the Admit Card. The Admit Card can be downloaded by entering the Registered Mobile Number/Email and Date of Birth submitted at the time of application submission. In such cases, it has been found that such candidates have not filled the online application form properly/carefully and entered the wrong Date of Birth.

The process of application was automated with the Admit Cards being auto-generated and since the candidates have entered wrong date of birth at the time of application, their Admit Card cannot be generated now.

Candidates were advised to check the information before submission and filling wrong/incorrect information is a fault on account of the candidate.

In light of the same, the candidature of all such candidates is deemed to be rejected.

Change in Examination Centre

Some candidates are sending requests for change in examination centre despite clearly mentioned in the Admit Card that no request for change in examination centre shall be entertained by Mission Youth.

It is clarified that No request for change for examination centre/ examination district shall be considered by Mission Youth

It may be noted that all fields of personal details/pictures reflected in the admit cards are exactly the same as filled by the candidate during form submission. In case the credentials of the candidates submitted by the candidate and reproduced in the Admit Card cannot be corroborated with valid Photo-ID proof to be mandatorily produced by the candidate at the examination centre on the day of examination, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination and his/her candidature deemed to be rejected.
