JKBOPEE MBBS, BDS Management Seats 2022

JKBOPEE Filling up of MBBS, BDS Management Seats of Hindu Minority (HM) and Non-Resident Indians (NRI) Quota of ASCOMS and IDS.

It is notified for Information of eligible candidates of NEET UG-2022 whose names have figured in the Provisional Merit List (PML) issued by the Board vide Notification No. 074-BOPEE of 2022 dated 11-04-2022 and who are interested for admission in MBBS/BDS courses in ASCOMS —Jammu under Hindu Minority and NRI quota and in Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS), Jammu under NRI Quota have to deposit their relevant documents on the prescribed proforma at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu w.e.f 18th November 2022 to 22nd November 2022 (till 03:00 P.M). The details of the above-referred seats are given herein below:

Eligibility of NRI Seats :

Category No. 1 : Whereas an applicant himself /herself is NRI and family originally belongs to UT of MK.

Category No. 2 : Children/wards of NRI, who originally belongs to UT of .I&K. Further, the documents required for NRI Category 1 and 2 are as under

Note :

• The seats shall be filled up purely on the basis of eligibility and merit of the candidates secured in the NEET-UG 2022.
• Only such candidates shall be eligible, who have registered themselves online and figured in the UT Provisional Merit List as notified by the Board vide Notification No. 072-BOPEE of 2022 dated 26-10-2022
• The candidate applying under Hindu Minority Quota shall be required to produce a certificate from the competent authority that he/she belongs to the Hindu Minority (HM) Community.
•  Only Domiciles of UT of J&K are eligible to compete against the above seats of HM and NRI.
•  The eligible candidates desirous to compete against the above seats shall submit the above documents physically In the Board office at Jammu/ Srinagar upto 22′.4 of November 2022 (till 03:00 P.M).
•  The eligibility under NRI shall be subject to such other conditions as notified by the competent regulatory body Government of India / UT Government and such orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court applicable on the subject.
