JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List of GNM (Lateral Entry).

Pursuant to Notification No. 088-B0PEE of 2022 dated 19-11-2022 read with Notification No. 099-BOPEE of 2022 dated 06-12-2022, the physical round of counselling of eligible candidates who had applied for GNM (Lateral Entry) Course 2022 as held from 07-12-2022 to 09-12-2022 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu. The list of candidates who participated in the said counselling and have been provisionally allotted seats / selected as per their merit-cum preferences for admission to GNM (Lateral Entry) Course -2022 in various Government/Private/lnstitutions/Colleges of Union Territory of J&K is hereby notified as per Annexure ‘A’ to this notification which shall remain available on website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The  provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/ Institutions w.e.f. 12-12-2022 to 19-12-202 2 (till 03:00 P.M.) along with following documents: –

1. Mark Cards of FMPHW/MMPHW/ANM.

2 Date of birth Certificate of 10th Class.

3. Domicile Certificate.

4. Category Certificate, if any.

5. Medical fitness certificate.

6. Any other certificates/ document as required by the College Authorities.

The candidates are advised to report to the allotted Colleges/institutions by or before 19-12-2022 positively.

It shall besole responsibility of the colleges/Institutions concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents / eligibility as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.

In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (19-12- 2022) the Colleges/ Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holiday/ off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time. However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to complete admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

The Heads of the Colleges/institutions are advised to furnish the shortfall, if any, to the Board through e-mail at [email protected]/[email protected]/ coejakbopee@gmail. com on 19th of December, 2022 (upto 0500 PMJ positively.

The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/ fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidate^).

The provisionally selected candidate(s) shall have to mandatorily join in his / her allotted Colleges/ Institutions, otherwise he/she shall not be eligible for upgradation.

The concerned Colleges/institutions shall ensure that, any person with disability, who is selected in open merit or some reserved category, as per the eligibility bench marks, and as provided in INC Regulations, the college / institution, wherever required, shall get such candidates assessed by a Medical Board that shall make recommendations based on which colleges shall take further necessary action. In case any candidate who does not fulfill the bench marks of eligibility, he/she shall not be admitted to the course/ college and the matter shall be reported to the BOPEE. Such a seat shall be deemed to be vacant and shall be filled in subsequent round(s) of counselling, if any, conducted by the Board.

For fee / documents required for admission in the College/ Institute, the provisionally selected candidates are advised to contact the concerned College / Institute before the last date of admission i.e. 19-12-2022.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in e- Information Brochure/ Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time on the subject.

The Annexure ‘A” to this notification shall remain available on website of the Board (www. jkbopee.gov.in) only.
