JKBOSE Decision regarding declaration of result of HSP-I(Class XI) (Bi-Annual/Annual Pvt), 2020-21 (Kashmir Division) / Winter zone Areas of Jammu Division.

Ref: Letter No.Edu/Nc-SE/04/e-54923/2021. dated: 15-09-2021 of the Additional Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.

It is notified for information of all the concerned students/stakeholders that in order to save the academic year of all those candidates appearing in the Higher Secondary Part-I (Class XI) Annual (Pvt)/Bi-Annual 2020-21 Examination. Kashmir Division and Winter Zone Areas of Jammu Division, scheduled to be held from 23rd September 2021 shall be promoted to next higher class (Class 12th) on the analogy of previous year’s result declared during Covid-19.The decision has been taken due to paucity of time left for conducting forthcoming Annual (Regular) Examinations in Kashmir Division/winter zone areas of Jammu Division.

The candidates promoted shall be allowed to appear in the forthcoming Higher Secondary Part-11 (Class XII) Annual)Regular) Examination 2021 in Kashmir Division/Winter Zone areas of Jammu Division, subject to the condition that they are provisionally admitted in schools and have a minimum of 66% (online/offline) attendance during the current academic session 2020-21, to be certified by the concerned Heads of Schools/Institutions.

The candidate/s who have applied for subject change/Additional subject and other categories shall also be declared as pass in Class 11″ in the respective subjcct/s as one time exception, provided they have qualified the main examinations in all compulsory subjects.

The promotion of the candidates shall be subject to the condition that, if for any reason at any stage of time in future, it is found that the candidate/s was/were not eligible for appearing in 2020-21 session, the JKBOSE shall reserve the right to cancel his/her/lhcir promotion without any prior notice.

The same policy shall be adopted in the forthcoming Annual (Pvt)./Bi-Annual. Examination-2021 Summer Zone of Jammu Division as well.
