JKSSB Notification regarding Clubbing/Tagging of Multiple Applications.

JKSSB Clubbing/Tagging of Multiple Driving Serial No.s (D.S.No.s) / Supplementary Driving Serial No.s (SUP D.S.No.s) / application forms of candidates for the posts of Driver / Tractor Driver, in different Cadres / Departments in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No.s 04, 05, 06, 07 of 2020 & 01, 02, 03 of 2021, under various item No.s – regarding

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), based on the performance of candidates in the Driving Test, issued the result sheet vide Notification No. JKSSB/19/2022-01, dated: 01-11-2022, for the posts of Driver / Tractor Driver, in different Cadres / Departments, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No.s 04, 05, 06, 07 of 2020 & 01, 02, 03 of 2021, under various Item No.s.

The JKSSB received some representations from the Driving Test qualified candidates, stating therein that they have been listed multiple times in the result sheet, for which the JKSSB conducted a single Driving Test phase wise.

The matter was examined and it transpired that there are variations in the particulars / details filled by the candidates in multiple application forms for the above said posts. Due to this multiple Driving Serial Numbers (D.S.No.s) were generated for all such candidates who have variations in their credentials due to errors committed by them in their application forms.

Now, therefore, in view of the above, the candidates who have been declared as passed in the Driving Test and are eligible to appear in the next stage and have been reflected in the result sheet multiple/ more than one time, are hereby informed to submit their applications for clubbing in the offices of JKSSB, Central Office, Hema Complex, Sector -3, Channi Himmat, Jammu and JKSSB, Camp Office, ZumZum Building Rambagh, Srinagar along-with evidence in support of their claim by or before 17th November, 2022 and are also advised to fill in the format annexed herewith for consideration of their claims along-with the applications.

It is further clarified that no claim or representation in this regard shall be entertained after 17th November, 2022.
