JKSSB Released merit list for various posts.

Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board JKSSB Released Merit List of candidates for the posts Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021 w.e.f 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022-regarding.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) advertised posts of the Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021 w.e.f 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022, among other posts; and, Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) conducted Computer Based Type Test for aforesaid posts w.e.f 20-10-2021 onwards and subsequently the JKSSB issued list of all such candidates who qualified the
Computer Based Type Test (Skill Test) for the aforesaid post, vide this office notice no SSB/COE/2022/405-411 dated 15-01-2022; and,
Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) conducted CBT examination of those candidates who qualified the Computer Based Type Test for the posts of Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021 w.e.f 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022; and,

Whereas, the JKSSB notified tentative answer key(s) vide Notice No. SSB/COE/CBT/2022/758-65 dated 25-01-2022 for seeking Objections, if any, from candidates in respect of posts for which the aforesaid CBT examination was conducted; and,

Whereas, in response to aforesaid Notice, 1666 representations were received against 267 unique questions. Subsequently, the representations/objections were got examined through Subject Matter Experts; and,

Whereas, the JKSSB pursuant to disposal of the representations/objections submitted by the candidates, notified the revised answer Key(s) vide No. SSB/COE/2022/1560-65 dated: 22-02-2022, in respect of posts for which Computerbased Objective Type Written Examination (CBT) was conducted w.e.f. 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022, for viewing of the candidates on JKSSB’s official website www.jkssb.nic.in from 24-02-2022 to 26-02-2022; and,

Now, therefore, in view of the above, the aggregate merit, based on the performance of candidates in the Skill Test/Type Test (Computer Based) and the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) in accordance with the notified criteria, for the posts of Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr Assistant /Computercum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021 w.e.f 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022, is hereby notified as Annexure “A”.

It is further notified that

(i) Mere figuring in the result/ merit list shall not entitle a candidate to be called for document verification or appear in the Select List and that he/she has to fulfil other eligibility conditions as laid down and decision of the Board in this regard shall be final.
(ii) The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board will call candidates falling in the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them for document verification. The schedule for Document Verification shall be notified separately.
(iii) Any candidate desirous of making representation with regard to position assigned to him/her in the score sheet, may represent
before the Board by or before 24th of March, 2022, Such representation shall be disposed of in accordance with the extant
Rules.
(iv) In case, no representation is received, the result/merit list as notified shall be treated as final. Further, the Board also reserves
the right to make any corrections / changes in the records at and later date as may be found necessary suo motto or on the request
of the candidate(s) on the basis of documentary evidence, if any.
