JKSSB seeking of preferences notification.

Filling up of various posts of Health and Medical Education Department advertised vide Advertisement Notification No.02 of 2021 dated: 26-03-2021, seeking of preferences regarding.

1. Whereas, the Health and Medical Education Department, J&K vide communication Nos HD/Drug/24/2020 dated 25-09-2020 followed by HD/Drug/24/2020 dated 07- 01-2021, HD/Coord/63/2020 dated 25-09-2020, HD/ISM/62/2020 dated 25-09-2020 followed by HD/Coord/64/2020 dated 05-032021, HD/Coord/64/2020 dated 25-09-2020, ME/NG/83/2020 dated 28.09.2020 followed by ME/NG/83/2020 dated 08.03.2021, forwarded the indent for making recruitment to the 1444 posts, and;

2. Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JK SSB) vide advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26-03-2021, issued advertisement for 2311 Divisional/District cadre posts relating to various departments, and;

3. Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JK SSB), conducted Computer Based Written Test (CBT) examination for 1202 posts of Health and Medical Education Department, advertised vide aforesaid Notification No.02 of 2021 dated: 26-03-2021, in multi sessions/slots papers from 17.08.2021 to 25.08.2021 and;

4. Whereas, the Board vide Notice no SSB/COE/02/2021/5666-73 dated 17-08-2021, notified procedure for compilation of examination scores for multi session/slot papers (Normalization procedure based on PERCENTILE SCORE), and;

5. Whereas, JKSSB notified result/ score sheet based on the performance of candidates in the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) examination held from 17.08.2021 to 25.08.2021, for different posts of Health and Medical Education Department advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 (except for the post of Social Worker/ Medical Social Worker, Item No. 204, Division Cadre Kashmir).

vide No. SSB/COE/Health/2021/7191-99 dated 21-10-2021 and SSB/COE/Health/2021/7307-15 dated 25-10-2021, and;

6. Whereas, the JKSSB notified domain wise list of candidates falling in the consideration zone vide No. SSB/COE/H&ME/2021/7477-84 Dated: – 02.11.2021 on the basis of final score/merit in the aforesaid CBT Examination. Subsequently, candidates falling under consideration zone were called for Counselling-cum Document Verification Notice vide No.SSB/COE/Health/2021/7598-7606 Dated: -09-11.2021.

7. Now, therefore, in order to fill up all the advertised vacancies, all such candidates who are figuring in the consideration for various posts of Health and Medical Education Department, advertised vide aforesaid Notification No.02 of 2021 dated: 2603-2021 are hereby informed to indicate order of preference for various posts / items through the link provided on the official website of the Board www.jkssb.nic.in from today i.e 17.11.2021 unto 25.11.2021.

Note: Candidate(s) who fails to indicate preference fully or partially, will be deemed to have agreed to any allocation of Cadre (s), in respect of such candidate(s), as shall be made by the Board.
