The Directorate Of Economics and Statistics has received selection list of Junior Assistants (Jammu / Kashmir Division Cadre) comprising following recommended candidates, from Services Selection Board / Planning and Development Department conveyed vide their letter No: 1) SSB/ Secy/Sel/2015/17110-16, dated 31.12.2015 and 2) No: PD/ NG/ SSB/Div. Cadres/Jr. Asstt./OI 2016 dated: 19.01.2016 respectively.

The above candidates are hereby informed to submit the following original documents along with a set of photo copies to the Directorate of Economics and Statistics Janipur, Jammu within 10 days:-

  1. Academic qualification certificate of being Graduate.
  2. Technical qualification certificate duly recognised.
  • State subject certificate.
  1. Age certificate.
  2. Health certificate.

(I) Certificate from the Deputy Director, Employment & Counselling Centre concerned and General Manager, DIC concerned and JKEDI Pampore / Jammu to the effect that;

  1. No Loan under Self Employment has been taken; and
  2. Loan / Stipend if any received has been refunded in the Treasury in full.
  • Category certificate from the competent authority as required under reservation rules for various categories.

The appointment of candidates will be subject to the condition that all certificates like Date of Birth certificate, Qualification certificate, Technical qualification certificate, Category certificate, Permanent Resident Certificate

other certificates are genuine. The certificates will be further got verified from concerned authorities. In case any other certificates proves to be fake and not recognized, the appointment of the candidate will not be made.
