Sub: Select list of Class-IVth (Divisional cadre ) in Animal Husbandry Deptt. Kashmir against the posts advertised in February 2011. NOTICE

Whereas vide notification No. 01-DAHK of 2011 dated 15-02-2011, 70 posts of Class-IVth (Divisional cadre) in Animal Husbandry Deptt. Kashmir were put to advertisement for recruitment;

Whereas vide Government order No. 35-ASH of 2013 dated 11 -02-2013, criteria for short-listing & selection and further guidelines for conducting selection process were issued by the Administrative Department;

Whereas the criteria and guidelines issued vide aforesaid Government order were subsequently modified by the Administrative Department vide Govt, order No. 61 -ASH of 2014 dated 03-06-2014 and No.79-ASH of 2014 dated 03-07-2014;

Whereas short-listing of the applicants was done in terms of the Government order No. 35-ASH of 2013 dated 11-02-2013 read with Govt. Order No.79-ASH of 2014 dated 03-07-2014;

Whereas following the criteria & guidelines, 699 applicants (assigned with Roll No. 101 to 799), were shortlisted for interview in July 2015 and the list was published through print media for information of the concerned;

Whereas the interview of the shortlisted candidates was conducted by the Divisional Level Selection Committee during the period from 15-10-2015 to 23-10-2015 and the criteria laid down under Govt, order No. 61 -ASH of 2014 dated 03-06-2014 was strictly adopted;

Now therefore on the basis performance in the interview together with the weightage for academic qualification and experience drawn in terms of Govt. Order No. 61 -ASH of 2014 dated 03-06-2014, of the interviewed candidates, the select list forming Annexure (A) and the waiting list forming Annexure (B) to this notice, have been drawn in order of merit and are hereby notified.

NOTE: The select list shall be subject to:-

1. outcome of writ petition , if any, related to the instant selection/recruitment process, pending before the Hon’ble Court.

2. Verification of academic qualification certificates of the concerned selectees.
