NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the Shorthand Test (Dictation and Transcription) of the candidates who have qualified the “Type test” for the post of “Junior Stenographer” (Tourism/Finance /Planning & Development Department) Divisional Cadre Kashmir, Item No 126, advertised vide Notification No 02 of 2013 dated 16-02-2013 and “Junior Stenographer” (School Education Department) Divisional Cadre Kashmir, Item No 281, advertised vide Notification No 05 of 2013 dated 02-03-2013 respectively, shall be conducted on 06th of October 2015 at NIELIT(formerly DOEACC), (An Institution Under Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Govt of India), SIDCO, Electronic Complex, Old Airport Road, Rangreth, Budgam, as per the schedule annexed “A ” to this notification (Alphabetically).

The schedule and particulars of the eligible candidates is also available in the official web site of SSB i.e www.ikssb.nic.in

The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials before the responsible official of the Board, failing which he/she shall not be allowed in the Test. A photocopy of each such certificate duly attested by the Gazetted Officer with his / her seal and signature and self attested by the candidate shall be deposited with the Staff. Further, in case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility is proved, the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as ineligible and disqualified accordingly.

Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him / her liable for criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all future recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate. No TA / DA shall be paid by the Board for the above said Test.

No supplementary test shall be conducted by the Board, in whatsoever circumstances.

a. All the candidates shall report at least one hour Milter before the start of the test and if the cand idate reports after start of the said test he/she will not be allowed to appear in the said type test and no data in this rega rd shall be entertained at anv stage.

b. Candidate must bring 2 passport size photographs..

c. The candidates shall also bring a Photo Identity Cards/Document acceptable as their identity proof.
