Subject: Selection List of Candidates for the Post of Orderly in the J&K Gazetteers Unit (Subordinate Services) Advertised Vide State Gazetteers Notification No. 01 of 2015. Dated: 08/11/2015.

Whereas the Advertisement for two Class-IV posts (State Cadre/Open Category) in the State Gazetteers Department was issued Vide Notification No. 1 of 2015, dated: 11 /08/2015, endorsed vide No. SG/DCRCF/Advt- 01/15/66-72, dated: 11/08/2015 and published in Daily Excelsior, Jammu, dated: 14/08/2015, and Daily Greater Kashmir, Srinagar, dated: 18/08/2015.

Whereas, on the basis of merit ten (10) candidates, were shortlisted for interview vide this office Notice No. SG/DCRCF/Advt-01/15/184, dated: 02/12/2015, published in Daily Greater Kashmir, Srinagar, dated: 03/12/2015, and Daily Excelsior, Jammu, dated: 03/12/2015;

Whereas the interview of the shortlisted eligible Candidates was conducted on 26th of December 2015, by the Departmental Committee constituted for Recruitment to Class-IV Posts of Orderlies; and

Whereas, the merit list of the interviewed Candidates was prepared as per the criteria already notified on the basis of the %age of Marks obtained in Matric and 12th Class Examination as well as performance of the Candidates in the interview.

Now, therefore, on the recommendations of the Departmental Committee for Recruitment to Class-IV Posts, the fol­lowing Candidates stand selected against the designated posts of Orderlies strictly on the basis of the cumulative merit points obtained by each of them as per the specified criteria:- Particulars of the Selected Candidates :

Note:-

1. The selected candidates are directed to report for joining in the office of the undersigned within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issue of this selection notice. In case any candidate does not report within the stipulated time-frame, she will forfeit her right of appointment against the post and shall eventually be replaced by the candidate figuring at serial number (1) in the waiting list.
2. The State Gazetteers Department reserves the right to have the Certificates/Testimonials of the selected candi­dates verified at any stage, if it is found expedient to do so.
