In response to the Corrigendum to Advertisement notification No. CAHOJ/Adm-25-11/2015/01 dated 30- 07-2015 issued vide this office letter No. CAHOJ/Adm-25 (II)/2016/4302-09 dated 20-02-2016 for short­listing of candidates for filling up of one post for Actual Line of Control (ALC) and one post for Social Caste (OBC) as per roaster maintained in this office in light of SRO 294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 (from S.no. 40 to 57) in Animal Husbandry Department Jammu (District Cadre Jammu).

Merit-wise Short Listing of eligible candidates to be called for Viva-Voce is as under 1.10 Candidates under ALC have been Short Listed in the ratio of 1:10. (Annexure -I)

10. 10 Candidates under OBC (Social Caste) have been Short Listed in the ratio of 1:10. (Annexure -II)
11. All candidates having grievance for not being short Listed for viva-voce can represent with reasons in the

Office of the Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Jammu on any working day from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. within seven days from the date of publication of this notice.

• The date of viva-voce shall be notified separately.
