SKIMS Important notice regarding faculty interviews

It is notified for information of all the concerned candidates who have applied for the post of Professor Assistant Professor under direct recruitment in the Department of General Medicine, SKIMS pursuant to advertisement notice No. 02 of 2021 dated April 17, 2021 issued by Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar, Kashmir that the candidates figuring in Annexure- to this notice have been found provisionally eligible by the designated Screening Committee and shall present themselves before the Apical Selection Committee for interview on 31.08.2022 (09:00 AM) at Banquet Hall, M.A. Road, Srinagar along with original documents/credentials, reprints of publications and other supportive documents.

Further, the candidates figuring in Annexure-Il to this notice who have also applied for the post of Professor Assistant Professor under direct recruitment in the Department of General Medicine pursuant to advertisement notice No. 02 of 2021 dated April 17, 2021 have been found ineligible by the designated Screening Committee on account of the reasons mentioned against each therein. However, if any, the candidate feels that he/she is eligible and his/her name finds mentioned in the list of ineligible candidates, he/she can represent before the SKIMS Administration within a period of 03 days from the date of publication of this notice failing which the lists shall be treated as final and no representation whatsoever shall be entertained.

Note:

• Merely figuring in the provisional list of eligible candidates shall not confer any right of appointment upon any of the candidate(s).
• No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview.
