Jammu and Kashmir SKIMS Medical College Staff Nurse Written test.

SKIMS Medical College Conduct of written-test (objective-type) for the post of Staff Nurse advertised on contract basis.

It is notified for information of all the candidates who have applied for the post of Staff Nurse advertised vide Notice No. 03 SKIMS MC of 2020 dated 29-07-2020 on contract basis initially for a period of 03 months (extendable upto 01 year) to meet out the additional manpower required for COVID-19 that their written test (Objective type) shall be held on 18-10-2020 at 02:00 PM at University of Kashmir, Srinagar. The candidates are directed to report one hour earlier to the examination venue depicted in Annexure-A to this notification.

The list of eligible candidates for the said post is available on the official website of SKIMS Medical College, Bemina i.e. www.skimsmc.edu.in. The candidates are advised to collect their Roll No. Slips/ Admit Cards with effect from 12th of October, 2020 from 02:00 PM to 16th of October, 2020 upto 04:00 PM including Gazetted Holiday falling on 14-10-2020 from the office of the Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College, Bernina. The candidates are required to bring two passport size photographs with them. No candidate shall be allowed to sit in the examination hall without Roll No. slip/Admit card and no roll No. slip shall be issued after the expiry of the notified date and time.

The examination will be of 90 minutes duration with objective multiple choice questions.

The candidates appearing in the written-test shall not be allowed to carry any electronic gadgets such as calculators, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, scanning devices, pagers, headphone, earplugs, l-pad, tablet, pc or any other computing/communication devices into the written-test venue. The candidates are advised to bring card board and Blue/ Black ball point pen with them.

The paper shall comprise of the MCQs from the Academic qualification prescribed in the Advertisement Notice and a copy of syllabus shall also be available on the official website of SKIMS Medical College, Bernina i.e. www. skimsmc.edu.in.

Note: No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the written-test.
