Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of following Candidates as Junior Store Clerk in the pay scale of 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs. 1900/- (Pre-revised) against the available vacancies in order of merit on probation for a period of 02 years under the categories as shown against each:

The above appointees are required to join their duties within (21) days from the date of issuance of this order, failing which it shall be presumed that they are no longer interested in taking up the job and the offer shall stand automatically withdrawn without any further notice.

The appointees shall be required to produce the following certificates in original in the office of Administrative Officer (Policy) at the time of joining:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate.

2. Academic/Professional/Marks certificate.

3. Certificate from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employees & Counselling Centre to the effect that no loan under self- employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.

4. Medical Fitness Certificate from SKIMS Soura.

5. Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the competent authority.

6. Valid relevant category certificate, wherever applicable, from the competent authority.

The above appointments are further subject to verification of the professional qualification certificates of the candidates with regard to recognition of the same and the concerned Training Institutions by the Competent Authority. The Academic Qualification certificates/ Category Certificates of the appointees shall be subject to verification by the concerned Education Board/University/lnstitutions/Tehsil Offices. Before the joining reports of the above appointees are entertained, the appointees shall be required to submit an affidavit in the prescribed proforma enclosed herewith, duly attested by 1 st Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that in the event any certificate(s) of the appointee is proved to be fictitious/fake, the concerned appointee shall be responsible for the consequences and he/she shall be liable for termination from the services besides other punitive action under law and in case any adverse report about his/her character and antecedents is received from the District Magistrate concerned, the appointee shall have no right to claim for appointment and his/her appointment as such shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

Further, salary of the above appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless satisfactory report about their character and antecedents is received from the concerned District Magistrate and verification of other documents/ certificate is received from the concerned authorities.

The appointees shall be governed by the J&K Civil Services Regulations (Temporary) Service Rules, J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules and other rules and regulations as are applicable to the State Government Employees and the Rules as may be framed by the Institute from time to time.
