SCREENING TEST NOTICE

It is notified for the information of all the concerned that the written Test of candidates who have applied for the post of Jr. Staff Nurse and OTTechnician in response to our advertisement No: CMOB/NHM/15/887-892 dated 25-06-2015, CMOB/NHM/15/959- 963 dated 10-07-2015 and CMOB/NHM/15/1251-53 dated 06-08-2015 shall be held at Govt. Girls Hr. Sec. School, Budgam.

1.  OT TECHNICIAN (MEDICAL BLOCK CHARAR-E SHARIEF).

NOTE:

The candidature of the above mentioned candidates shall be cancelled in case, it is fond at any stage that He/She has concealed any fact or submitted fraudulent certificates or misrepresented the facts to avail the candidature.

No separate call letters shall be issued to the candidates for the purpose.

All candidates are directed to bring their Roll No. Slips at the time of Screening Test. Candidates (FMPHWs) who have applied against Jr. Staff Nurse Block /District Level vide No: CMOB/ NHM/15/887-892 dated 25-06-2015 are rejected due to good response of Jr. Staff Nurse candidates.

Candidates who have any grievance shall contact CMOs office, Budgam within three days positively after that no claim shall be accepted.

Other conditions of Hiring under NHM will remain same as per earlier advertisement. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Screening Test.

The screening test paper shall consist of sixty (60) Multiple choice questions.
