ICDS Anganwadi worker Recruitment

Applications on prescribed format are invited from eligible female candidates of ICDS Project Narvaw for engagement as Anganwadi worker on Honorarium Basis as admissible under rules for the location of Anganwadi Centre shown below.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Female candidate in the age group of 18-44 years. The age however shall be reckoned on the first day of the calendar year in which the selection is made.
2. The candidate should be the permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir State.

• Minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi Worker shall be Matriculate and in case no Matriculate candidate is available in village/ Ward, Middle passed candidate shall be considered, under exceptional circumstances.
• In case of Area with predominant population of reserved categories ,no qualification bar shall apply, in case of non-availability of eligible candidate in such village/Ward.

The candidate should belonging to the Ward where the Anganwadi centre is located, if a suitable candidate is not available in that Ward, the candidate should be selected from the Revenue village of which the said ward is a part, likewise if no suitable candidate in that Revenue village is also available, a candidate from the adjoining revenue village shall be selected on the basis of inter-Se-Merit.

Weightage shall be given to the viva-voce and academic qualification as per
Breakup given below:
i). Matriculate-70 Points
ii). 10+2- 05Points
iii). Graduation-05 Points
iv) Viva-Voce-20points
The weightage to the academic merit however shall be given on pro rata basis

An affidavit to be furnished along with the application form stating therein that the documents attached with the application form is genuine along with ward certificate. The candidate is liable to be rejected summarily in case any of the documents is found fake, false or forged.

Documents to be attached with Application form

i). Education Qualification Certificates.         ii}. State Subject.         iii}. Present permanent residence certificate.

iv} Date of Birth certificate.         v) Punch Ward Certificate from concerned Block Development Officer/Municipality.

vi). Copy of electoral roll where candidate is enrolled.

The application forms in all respect along with attested copies of all relevant certificates/documents should reach to the office of the child Development Project Officer ICDS Narvaw (Sheeri) by personal delivery against proper receipt within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice up to 4:00 PM No application shall be entertained after expiry of last date
