JKEDI SEED CAPITAL FUND SCHEME SCFS  A component of Sher-e-Kashmir Employment and Welfare Programme for Youth (SKEWPY). Under this scheme government provides seed money to start-up entrepreneurs coupled with bank finance at concessional rates to enable their successful enterprise creation.
