Eligibility:

1. B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) Engineering.

2. Two years National Trade Certificate for Draftsman Course (Civil) after 10+2 from a recognized Institute.

3. 03 years’ experience in Govt. Deptt./University/Public Sector Organization/High Court/Autonomous Bodies/Organization of repute in a similar capacity.

Note:

Candidates who have acquired educational qualification through Correspondence / Distance Education mode / AMIE Section (A&B) shall not be considered.

Position Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Senior Research Fellow (SRF) / Research Associateship (RA) – 01

Essential qualifications JRF – Candidate with M. Sc. degree in Mathematics with NET/GATE qualification SRF – Candidate with M. Sc. in Mathematics with at least 55% marks and One publication in SCI Journals and should have completed at least two years of Post M. Sc. Research Experience RA – Candidate having Ph. D (Mathematics) with three years R&D experience as on the last date of application. Candidate who have submitted Ph. D thesis are also eligible for RA’ship. Selection in such cases will be subject to the condition that Ph. D viva-voce done & declared qualified for the award of PhD/awarded PhD degree before the expiry of the validity of the award offer. Candidate must have at least one research publication in Standard referred Journals as listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR) Other important information

The selected candidate may register for Ph. D degree at School of Mathematics, SMVDU upon meeting the eligibility criteria. Duration The duration of the project is 03 years and the position is purely temporary / co-terminus with the duration of the project.

Emoluments JRF @ 31,000/- PM fixed for first two years and @ 35,000/- PM fixed for third year for NET/GATE qualified Candidate. SRF @ 35,000/- PM fixed for three years RA @ 47,000/- PM fixed for three years

Age Limit JRF – Upper Age Limit (28 years). SRF – Upper Age Limit (32 years). RA – Upper Age Limit (35 years).

The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in case of applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Physically handicapped and Women applicants and 3 years for OBC applicants.

SMVDU Advertisement for Walk-in-Interview for JRF position in DRDO funded project.

Project Title: Active Radar Absorbers based on Frequency Selective Surface: Active Stealth Technology.

Qualified and experienced candidates are required purely on temporary & contractual basis for the post of Junior Research Fellow in DRDO funded project at a fixed fellowship amount of Rs. 25,000/ plus HRA@16% (if hostel accommodation is not provided) in DRDO sponsored project entitled Active Radar Absorbers based on Frequency Selective Surface: Active Stealth Technology.

Eligibility: The candidates should have M. Tech. / M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with minimum 60% marks. However, GATE qualification is desirable. The prior knowledge of CST Microwave Studio and MATLAB software are desirable. The upper age limit is 28 years (relax-able by 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Handicapped /Female candidates).

Duration: Initial appointment will be for 12 months, which is extendable up to the duration of the project solely based on performance. The above position is purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. Applications shall be scrutinized on the basis of qualification, experience and suitability of the candidate to the work.
