Two-Year Draftsman Training Course Certificate/Diploma from a Government-recognised institute.

Candidates must have:

Matriculation or equivalent qualification

Building Construction or Carpentry Trade Certificate issued by JK Board of Technical Education (JKSBOTE) or Directorate General of Training (DGT).

Pay Scale

Public Works (R&B)

Draftsman (Civil): Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)

Works Supervisor: SL-2 (₹15,900 – ₹50,400)
