LEH, Ladakh weather update and advisory.

Weather likely to remain Overcast to Cloudy with light to Moderate rain at many places of LEH & Kargil districts during 19-21st. Zanskar, Kargil, Zojila, Drass, Sham area may receive Heavy Rain especially on 20th.

ADVISORY:

1.This spell of Rain may generate Flash Floods, Mudslide, landslides in Hilly Areas.

2. There can be temporary disruption of Surface transportation on LEH -Srinagar, LEH -Manali, Khardongla, Changla etc. during 20-21st July.

Commuters are advised to check the status of above roads from concerned traffic Police before commencement of journey.

3. May lead to Seepage of Rainwater (Changti) from rooftops.

4. Trekkers /Tourists are advised to remain alert when in mountains.
